Queen Creek is a town located just southeast of Gilbert in Maricopa and Pinal counties. It is home to some of the most affordable real estate in the southeast portion of the Phoenix metro area. Single family home prices in this area start at just $40,000. This suburban community has experienced rapid growth with a population of just 4,316 in 2000 to an estimated 25,000 today.

San Tan Valley is the new name for the un incorporated area south of the Town of Queen Creek. The current population estimates are just under 80,000, this makes San Tan Valley Pinal County’s largest area.
